Payment & Shopping

No you do not need to set up an account.

You can pay with your credit card and PayPal and direct bank transfer.

Taxes, import duties and customs duties are not covered by us.
VAT is applied to all the countries we deliver.

Shipping

The tracking number will be send to you right after your parcel is being shipped.

Your shipping country is not listed? No worries, we will be happy to offer you an individual worldwide shipping. Please email us at support@maestofficial.com.

MAÉST offers free delivery & return within Germany.

MAÉST cannot be held responsible for any action and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs over which it has no control. 

For orders within Germany, please allow 2-3 business days for delivery
after receiving your shipment email.

For orders to Austria 2-8 business days.

For individual international orders, please allow 5-20 business depending on your delivery country.

We process and send orders during our main service hours, 9:00 am until 8:00 pm CET, from Monday to Friday.

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we can no longer make changes. Please email us at support@maestofficial.com and we will take a look at what we can do for you.

Exchanges conditions

MAÉST offers a 14-day return policy: you have 14 days after your order is delivered. Kindly note that, if the order is not shipped within 3 days after receiving the shipping label, the order will not be accepted as a return. (free of charge within Germany)
If you like to return or exchange an item, please email us at

It’s important to add your: name on the order, order number, email address and your request. We will check your request and send you the return label.

Return conditions

  • All products must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, and with tags still attached. (Hang-tags, dust bag, packaging)
  • Only one return label is provided for each order. Therefore, all goods must be returned in the same parcel. (Request return label via e-mail)
  • Return shipments must be made using the same service as for the original delivery (DHL).
  • We can only accept returns from the country to which an order was originally shipped. For example, orders delivered to Germany must be returned from Germany. Otherwise, the return is unfortunately not free of charge (import and shipping fees will be charged at your own expense).
  • Customized or made-to-order items cannot be returned.
  • Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Insurance and handling fees will not be refunded by MAÉST in case of returns.

Once your parcel has been received, please carefully inspect the items. If any goods are damaged or defective, you are required to inform us immediately upon receipt. Kindly contact us at support@maestofficial.com within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may affect the eligibility for returns or exchanges.

All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method used to purchase the items (except of the shipping charges). Kindly note, that all items must be returned unworn, original perfect condition and unwashed, as well as the original packaging and hang-tags.

If your request is not fulfilling these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. In this instance, you may choose to have your order sent back to you at your expense.

Please allow that the refunds can take up to 10-15 business days to show on your account, depending on the payment providers.

All one-of-a-kind items are exclusively custom made for you and cannot be returned.
